Blair is a Senior Vice President for Audax Private Equity.  Previously, Blair spent over four years as the Managing Director of financial services company Gordon Brothers. Additionally, Blair has experience with Bain and Company and L.E.K. Consulting advising clients on strategy, M&A and performance improvement engagements. Blair  received an M.B.A. from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.  He also holds a Masters degree in Engineering from University of Canterbury and a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Auckland.
