Mauricio is a Senior Vice President for Audax Private Equity. Previously, Mauricio was the Managing Director of Conway MacKenzie, Inc in Miami, a global management consulting and financial advisory firm.  Prior to that he spent almost a decade working in corporate turnaround and restructuring.  Mauricio began his career in the investment banking world with J.P. Morgan. Mauricio served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps stationed in Okinawa, Japan and Camp Pendleton in California. Mauricio received an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
