Key Responsibilities
Client Development & Relationship Management

Engage with both new and existing clients to understand their executive hiring needs.

Design and execute tailored recruitment strategies that align with each client’s business objectives.
Executive Search & Talent Acquisition

Identify, engage, and recruit high-caliber executive candidates through strategic outreach, industry networking, and personalized relationship-building.
Consultative Sales

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, guiding them through every stage of the search process—from discovery to placement.

Leverage your sales acumen to drive win-win outcomes and build lasting partnerships.
Relationship Building & Networking

Cultivate a strong network of industry professionals, staying actively engaged to uncover new business and talent opportunities.
Pipeline & Process Management

Maintain a healthy pipeline of clients and candidates, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication and follow-through.
Negotiation & Deal Closure

Lead offer negotiations to ensure successful, long-term placements that meet the expectations of both clients and candidates.
Performance & Results

Meet and exceed individual performance goals, including placement targets, revenue generation, and client satisfaction benchmarks.
Qualifications
Experience
-
Prior experience in sales, recruiting, or a related field is a plus—but not required. Motivated entry-level candidates with strong people skills and a drive to succeed are welcome to apply.

Training will be provided on hireneXus systems, including PCRecruiter.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory for candidates with demonstrated skills and potential.
