In this role, you’ll partner with clients to identify and place top executive talent, helping both companies and individuals reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Client Management: Engage with new and existing clients to understand their executive hiring needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
- Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit top-tier executive candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Consultative Sales: Use your sales expertise to guide clients and candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring successful placements and lasting partnerships.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals to grow your network and drive new business.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a robust pipeline of clients and candidates, ensuring consistent follow-up and communication throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term success.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed placement targets, revenue goals, and client satisfaction benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- Sales or Recruiting Experience: Prior experience in sales, recruiting, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Entry-level candidates with a passion for sales and relationship management are encouraged to apply.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and drive results.
- Motivation: Self-starter with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple searches and clients simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and other sales/recruiting tools is a plus. Training will be provided on hireneXus systems, including PCRecruiter.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required for entry-level candidates with strong skills and a desire to learn.
