Clinical Director of Emergency Department Responsibilities:
- The overall direction of the Emergency Services Department
- Accountable and responsible for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care
- The overall direction of clinical, human resources, and financial management of the Surgical Services Department
- Required to be onsite.
- Reports to CNO
Clinical Director of Emergency Department Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Iowa RN License or Compact RN License
- Minimum Three (3) years of Hospital Emergency Department Management experience
