Data Analytics Senior Associate – Remote
The CFO of a dynamic, PE backed, $300MM+ medical practice group asked HireneXus to support them and the Director of Data & Analytics in their search for a Senior Analyst/Associate. This team member will report to the Director of Data & Analytics and own various workstreams together with functional leaders. The right person would have the skills and experience necessary do great data analysis, and a good background in the multisite service provider business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design, build, and iteratively enhance scalable and action-oriented analytics products that continuously monitor client growth, retention, and value KPIs, constantly incorporating user input.
- Uncover and communicate insights on performance trends with a deep focus on identifying root causes, highlighting opportunities to accelerate growth, and informing initiatives and decisions.
- Act as a thought leader in establishing innovative analytics methodologies
- Define KPIs, measure their performance, and design the data models that support reporting them.
- Partner with the data engineering team to implement data pipelines that feed analytics products.
- Develop and implement training and adoption programs, using feedback to refine tools and analytics processes.
- Form deep relationships with the functional groups by leveraging functional expertise, a passion for learning, and an eagerness to serve.
- Ad hoc analytical projects for the leadership team that drive value for the business.
What you need to be considered:
- 2+ years of post-undergrad data & analytics experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- High energy, humble team player with “get it done” attitude, and exceptional communication skills, seeking partnership with colleagues and teams
- Acumen and intellectual curiosity to learn the business and understand growth drivers
- Excellent data modeling and analytical skills with the ability to translate business questions into technical solutions and broaden business question-asking based on technical knowledgeability
- Highly organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and takes pride in the quality of their work
- Experience developing data management and analytics scripts in python and SQL
- Ability to develop production-ready tools, preferably in Power BI
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in business terminology and concepts developed through analytics experience
- Experience working for a private equity-backed services company concerned with client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
- Familiarity with Databricks or similar Apache Spark-based tools
- Comfort using collaboration tools such as GitHub or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office 365
