Location: Southeastern Part of State of Washington
Hospital:
- 100+ Bed Short-Term Acute Care Hospital
- Joint Commission-accredited facility
- Part of a more extensive healthcare system
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee, develop, and evaluate all Human Resources programs to align with organizational goals.
• Lead and maintain effective employee relations initiatives, including training and education programs.
• Administer and manage compensation and benefits plans to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee personnel records.
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for HR team members.
• Maintain a full-time onsite presence to support leadership and employee engagement.
• Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, offering strategic HR guidance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of two years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare system.
• Proven experience working within a unionized environment is strongly preferred.
