Location: Missoula, MT
Hospital:
- 150+ bed hospital system
- Part of Larger For-Profit Health System
- Nestled in the Rocky Mountains of western Montana, between Glacier and Yellowstone national parks
Responsibilities: • Lead the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function. • Develop organizational strategies by identifying and addressing HR-related challenges, contributing valuable insights and recommendations to the company’s strategic direction, and aligning HR objectives with broader organizational goals. • Implement comprehensive HR strategies, including:
- Talent acquisition and staffing
- Employment processing and onboarding
- Compensation and benefits management
- Employee training and development
- Records management and safety protocols
- Succession planning and employee retention initiatives • Ensure compliance with AA/EEO regulations and manage labor relations. • Oversee HR operations, including recruiting, training, coaching, and managing staff performance. • Plan, monitor, and evaluate staff contributions while fostering a productive and positive work environment. • Maintain effective compensation systems, ensuring alignment with production, quality, and customer service goals. • Design and implement HR systems that enhance operational efficiency and support organizational change. • Report directly to the Hospital CEO, contributing to overall hospital management and planning.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4+ years of HR management experience in a hospital setting.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in Human Resources.
• Strong experience in unionized environments.
