Director Human Resources

Location: Hot Springs, AR

Hospital:

150+ Bed Short-Term Acute Care Hospital
Joint Commission-accredited facility
Part of a more extensive healthcare system

Director Human Resources Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, direct, implement, and evaluate all Human Resources related programs.
Maintain effective employee relations programs and education.
Administer compensation and benefit programs.
Design effective recruitment and retention programs and activities.
Maintain associate personnel records.
Mentor HR department associates, creating growth opportunities and professional development.
Be onsite full-time.
Report directly to the CEO.

Director Human Resources Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of two years of HR leadership experience in a health system setting.
