A dynamic, growing, multisite retail healthcare provider has asked HireneXus to find a tactical Marketing leader. The position will be responsible for attracting new patients, and retaining / re-activating existing patients through development and implementation of a strategic marketing plan. The candidate will also have experience measuring the ROI of different marketing activities. Strong communication, project management, strategic thinking, creativity, and organizational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan with clear goals, objectives, and analytical frameworks to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business client acquisition and retention efforts.
- Measure the ROI of various marketing activities and use insights to shape future strategies.
- Execute online marketing initiatives, including social media optimization and management.
- Support and enhance the company’s local reputation as part of a broader reputation management strategy.
- Actively improve current marketing processes and establish day-to-day activities that align with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with center leaders to develop and implement local marketing strategies and plans.
- Drive cross-referral opportunities through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Play a key role in integrating acquired practices, focusing on branding, marketing, and communication efforts.
- Conduct competitive analysis to differentiate the company’s features and benefits.
- Set and meet aggressive timelines for all marketing initiatives.
- Manage and direct third-party vendors to ensure the timely and successful delivery of marketing projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of professional marketing experience.
- Direct-to-consumer healthcare marketing experience is essential.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional project management skills with a results-focused approach.
- Proven ability to build and maintain successful professional networks and relationships with key leaders and stakeholders.
- Experience managing vendors and external suppliers.
- Highly organized with the ability to communicate complex concepts concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated flexibility and resilience in a high-pressure environment with changing priorities, working independently and within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- An MBA is highly desirable.
