A dynamic, growing, multisite retail healthcare provider has asked HireneXus to find a tactical Marketing leader. The position will be responsible for attracting new patients, and retaining / re-activating existing patients through development and implementation of a strategic marketing plan. The candidate will also have experience measuring the ROI of different marketing activities. Strong communication, project management, strategic thinking, creativity, and organizational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans with defined goals and analytical frameworks to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead initiatives focused on both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business client acquisition and retention.
- Evaluate the ROI of marketing efforts and leverage insights to enhance future strategies.
- Implement and manage online marketing campaigns, including social media optimization and management.
- Enhance and maintain the company’s local reputation as part of a broader reputation management approach.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and ensure daily activities align with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with center leaders to create and execute local marketing strategies.
- Create and nurture cross-referral opportunities through targeted marketing efforts.
- Support the integration of newly acquired practices with a focus on branding, marketing, and communications.
- Conduct competitive analyses to highlight the company’s distinctive features and advantages.
- Set and meet deadlines for all marketing projects, maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Oversee third-party vendors to ensure the timely and effective completion of marketing projects.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of professional marketing experience, with direct-to-consumer healthcare marketing being a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on results.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional networks and relationships with key leaders and stakeholders.
- Experience managing vendors and external partners.
- Highly organized with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment; adept at working independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- MBA highly desirable.
