Job Summary
A leading company is seeking a dynamic Director of Content to lead content strategy, creation, and planning efforts. Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across multiple platforms.
- Analyze content performance metrics and refine strategies for optimal engagement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive content innovation.

Creative Development & Collaboration
- Lead in-house creative teams and external agencies in producing compelling content.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Manage media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.

Content Types & Media Oversight
- Social Media: Posts, stories, videos, and live streams for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
- Copywriting & Articles: Blogs, website content, and editorial pieces.
- Video Production: Promotional videos, tutorials, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Podcasts: Audio interviews, discussions, and storytelling.
- Infographics & Visual Content: Data-driven graphics for clear communication.
- Advertising: Digital (e.g., banner ads, social media ads) and traditional (e.g., print, TV commercials).
- Interactive Content: Quizzes, polls, and engagement-driven media.
- Case Studies & Testimonials: Customer success stories showcasing impact.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (Media, Communications, Marketing, Art, or related field); Master’s preferred.
- Experience in the auto, auto care, or aftermarket industries is a plus.
- Proven success in a senior content leadership role, managing multi-channel media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital, social, and traditional media platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative and strategic mindset with a focus on audience engagement.
- Proficiency in media analytics tools and content management software.
