A fast-scaling, private equity-backed platform is seeking a Director of Corporate Development to help drive its M&A execution and strategic expansion efforts. This individual will play a central role in managing the company’s growing acquisition pipeline, supporting transaction execution, and contributing to long-term network growth across a multi-state footprint.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role ideal for a dynamic deal professional with a strong foundation in financial analysis and transaction management, and an interest in joining a performance-driven team in a high-growth, service-oriented environment.

Work closely with executive leadership and the investment sponsor to identify, evaluate, and close high-quality acquisition targets.

Support strategic growth through financial modeling, diligence coordination, negotiations, and relationship-building with founders and intermediaries.

Help shape the internal infrastructure for M&A execution, supporting process improvement and knowledge transfer across deals.

Gain broad exposure across corporate strategy, operations, and finance in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Do

Collaborate with sourcing teams to manage and prioritize a dynamic pipeline of acquisition opportunities.

Lead financial modeling, valuation assessments, and the creation of investment committee materials.

Coordinate due diligence efforts across internal functional teams and external advisors.

Support key aspects of deal execution, including negotiations, term sheet structuring, and closing logistics.

Manage post-close activities such as working capital true-ups, escrow releases, and earn-out tracking.

Design and maintain tools, dashboards, and frameworks to assess markets and benchmark acquisition performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, M&A advisors, and intermediaries.
What We’re Looking For

6–10+ years of experience in M&A-related roles such as investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.

Deep proficiency in financial modeling and financial statement analysis; meticulous attention to detail.

Proven track record of managing complex transactions and multiple simultaneous workstreams.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with founders, CEOs, and investors.

Self-starter mentality with a high degree of ownership; thrives in lean, fast-moving environments.

Bachelor’s degree required; additional credentials in finance, accounting, or an MBA are a plus.
