Director of Perioperative Services Responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing of activities and staffing including hiring, disciplining and firing of personnel for Pre-op, Post-op, Inpatient Surgery, Outpatient Surgery, PACU, Sterile Processing, Special Procedures, Scheduling, and Pain Clinic
- Participate in the financial management of the department including budgetary planning, equipment/supplies procurement and expense monitoring
- Develop, review and revise all policies and procedures relevant to the department and coordinate performance improvement activities
Director of Perioperative Services Qualifications:
- BSN
- Three plus (3+) years recent Hospital management experience
- Five plus (5+) years clinical Hospital Inpatient Surgical experience
- AZ RN License (Compact) or eligible
