Director of Strategic Initiatives & Operations
This position is with an extremely fast growing, highly acquisitive, women’s health group with over 2500 providers in nearly 20 states. They are in need of a highly motivated, strategic and operationally minded leader to drive priority growth initiatives for the business and report directly in the President of the company. This will be a right hand to the President and help drive a variety of strategic initiatives and interact with stakeholders across the business.
Geography: The ideal candidate is located in Denver, CO. Exceptional candidates located outside of Denver that have experience with building strong relationships in a remote/hybrid environment would be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Drive high-priority initiatives and project execution with cross-functional teams; own and scale key existing strategic priorities for organization including:
- Grow egg bank services, operations and P&L
- Launch mental health services for the platform
- Scale fertility navigator services
- Evaluate strategic opportunities / partnerships AND lead future project / business unit launches
- Drive research, analyses and material creation to enable decision-making
- Leadership support including capacity creation, KPI tracking and organization process improvement
- Project manage reporting across the organization and with the Board
- Develop business / department specific models to identify financial opportunities
- Organizational capability building
- Develop standards for the organization on quality work products
- Take initiative to help organization prioritize and scale effectively
Requirements
- 5+ years in management consulting or similar corporate function
- Experience in healthcare
- MBA is preferred
