Director, Head of Strategic Initiatives
This position is with a private equity backed, field services organization. The Head of Strategic Initiatives is responsible for the development and execution of high priority strategic and operational initiatives. This position will directly support the Chief Executive Officer by defining and leading key business efforts that create customer and/or business value. This leader should be comfortable taking charge amongst the C-Suite and key senior leaders across the organization and working alongside the financial sponsor.
