Director Of Surgery Services

Location: Bullhead City, AZ area

Hospital:

100-Bed Short-Term Acute Care Hospital
Joint Commission-accredited facility
Part of a larger healthcare system

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the Surgical Services Department, ensuring the provision of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care.
Manage the clinical operations, human resources, and financial aspects of the Surgical Services Department.
Report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Valid Arizona RN License or Compact RN License.
At least two years of experience in inpatient hospital surgical services management.

Director of Emergency Department Responsibilities:

The overall direction of the Surgical Services Department
Accountable and responsible for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care
The overall direction of clinical, human resources, and financial management of the Surgical Services Department
Reports to CNO

Director of Emergency Department Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Arizona RN License or Compact RN License
Minimum two plus (2+) years of inpatient Hospital Surgical Services Management Experience
