Director Women’s Services Responsibilities:
-
- • Provide leadership and support to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), who oversees all nursing and designated patient care functions within the hospital.
- • Assist in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices across multiple units.
- • Maintain 24/7 accountability for assigned areas, ensuring the highest level of care and operational efficiency.
- • Required to be onsite to effectively manage and oversee designated areas.
- • Report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
Qualifications:
- • Associate Degree in Nursing required.
- • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Hospital Women’s Services.
- • Valid Kentucky RN license or Compact RN license required.
- • WWHONN Certification required.
