Job Purpose:
Drive new business initiatives by introducing large organizations to the company’s software solutions.
General Summary:
Your role will center on demonstrating how the platform simplifies compliance, drives operational efficiencies and streamlines IC engagement for companies that rely heavily on 1099 workforces. Ideal for a SaaS sales expert who thrives on building relationships and uncovering new opportunities, this position allows you to bring meaningful value to clients across key sectors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, positioning the company as a trusted partner for 1099 workforce management, compliance, insurance enablement, and settlement processing.
- Identify client challenges, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and articulate how our platform streamlines contractor management.
- Oversee the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing—ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent quarterly performance.
- Stay informed on industry compliance and regulatory frameworks to better serve enterprise clients.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
- Proven success selling to companies that operate 1099 contractor models, ideally within transportation, logistics, or related industries.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets with a results-driven approach.
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in commonly used software tools such as Microsoft Office and expense management platforms.
Education & Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3–5 years of experience supporting a senior executive or sales team.
- Willingness to travel frequently (50%-75%) for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Ability to work onsite at corporate headquarters for key team meetings, events, and summits while embracing a hybrid, remote-friendly work environment.
- Reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
