Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic Executive Recruitment team. As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and placing top talent for senior-level executive positions. This is a remote position that requires a self-starter with a proven track record of success in executive recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
- Source and recruit top talent using a variety of tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, online databases, and professional networks
- Screen and interview candidates, provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidate, and manage the offer process
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and an understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with a team of researchers to gather data on candidates and organizations, and leverage robust data analytics to inform sourcing and hiring decisions
- Continuously refine and improve the recruiting process to drive efficiency and achieve desired outcomes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in executive recruiting, with a proven track record of success in placing senior-level executives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with the discipline and self-motivation to be productive and successful without daily supervision
- Proficient in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other back office tools, including data analytics and research databases
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
