HR Manager/Recruiter
We are partnering with a highly acquisitive, Private Equity backed organization looking to add a HR Manager/Recruiter to their team. The company is experiencing double digits growth, and looking for this individual to support the transformation of HR policies and continued build out of the teams.

The HR Manager/Recruiter role is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, dynamic organization and will play a key role in supporting the growth plan of the company. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing and executing recruiting efforts across all locations. The Recruiter will also be responsible for managing and delivering on core HR needs across the company.

Candidates should reside in Dallas, TX. Opportunity for hybrid work schedule

Duties & Essential Job Functions Recruiting

    • Lead and execute all stages of the recruitment process.
    • Collaborate with corporate and local leadership to ascertain staffing requirements.
    • Craft job descriptions for open positions.
    • Promote job listings across diverse online platforms to attract a wide pool of candidates.
    • Cultivate a recruitment presence on social media and other relevant channels.
    • Screen and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
    • Present top candidates to the hiring management team.
    • Arrange in-person interviews for selected candidates.
    • Manage background and reference checks for chosen applicants.
    • Prepare employment offers and oversee the onboarding process.

    General Human Resources

    • Develop comprehensive onboarding strategies and familiarize new hires with HR policies, internal protocols, and legal guidelines.
    • Administer employee compensation and benefits packages.
    • Offer assistance to staff on various HR matters, including leave policies and compensation inquiries, resolving any arising issues.
    • Contribute to the formulation and execution of HR policies.
    • Collect and analyze HR data, including metrics like time to hire and turnover rates.
    • Maintain accurate employee records in both electronic and hard copy formats.
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
    • Perform additional tasks as delegated.

    Requirements

    • Previous recruitment experience is essential.
    • A minimum of 3 years in a human resources capacity.
    • Preferably, prior experience in recruiting for roles in home services.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
    • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented approach to interviewing.
    • Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
