Maintenance Supervisor
We’re looking for an experienced candidate that has a proven background in Maintenance in a production environment. This person will be responsible for coordinating the work to repair/rebuild production equipment and ensure vehicles and equipment are in safe working condition.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare work schedules, assigns work, oversees the work quality that is performed by each individual to ensure company goals and objectives are achieved.
- Required to order parts and equipment using proper judgment to price, quality, and timely production demands.
- Manage the purchase orders, packing slips, and documentation are properly maintained and distributed.
- Manages the maintenance employee’s vacations, evaluations, work etiquette, and schedules to meet production goals.
- Ensure facility infrastructure is kept clean and operable.
- Keep inventories of expendable items in line and in budget.
Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; including Word, Excel, etc.
- Must provide a wide degree of creativity and latitude to perform a variety of tasks.
- Must have an understanding of the entire production cycle.
- Must be able to read blueprints and machine schematics.
- Must have an understanding of production procedures and capabilities.
