Manager, Marketing – Multisite Retail Healthcare
A dynamic, growing, multisite retail healthcare provider has asked HireneXus to find a tactical Marketing leader. The position will be responsible for attracting new patients, and retaining / re-activating existing patients through development and implementation of a strategic marketing plan. The candidate will also have experience measuring the ROI of different marketing activities. Strong communication, project management, strategic thinking, creativity, and organizational skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of a strategic marketing plan complete with goals, objectives, and analytical systems, driving growth and profitability
- Lead all client acquisition and client retention efforts, direct to consumer and business to business
- Measure ROI of different marketing activities and craft future marketing strategy based on results
- Execution of online marketing strategy including social channel optimization and management
- Supporting the company’s reputation in the community as part of an overall reputation management program at the local level
- Be hands on in establishing day-to-day activities in order to enhance / improve the current marketing processes
- Assist center leaders in developing local marketing strategy and tactics, including development of marketing plans
- Drive cross-referrals through strategic marketing initiatives
- Play a lead role in integration of acquired practices: branding, marketing, and communication
- Competitive analysis to provide features and benefits differentiation
- Establish and meet aggressive timelines for initiatives
- Effectively direct and manage third party suppliers to meet aggressive deadlines
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience
- Direct to consumer Healthcare experience is essential
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Strong project management skills with effective results focus
- Skilled in building and maintaining successful professional networks and relationships with key leaders and stakeholders across the organization
- Experience managing vendors is required
- Organized and able to communicate complicated concepts in a concise fashion
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
Education: An undergraduate degree in marketing, business or economics is preferred. An MBA is highly desirable.
Compensation: Commensurate with the importance of this position, the company will provide an excellent compensation package including base salary and performance-related incentives.
