Director Emergency Department Responsibilities:
- Lead the clinical, educational, planning, development, implementation and evaluation of assigned areas.
- Possess expertise and knowledge in the care, stabilization and transport of the patient across each area of specialty.
- Collaborate with ancillary departments, pre-hospital personnel, law enforcement and other outside agencies involved in the care of the patient.
- Reports to CNO
Director Emergency Department Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Nursing
- Missouri RN License or Compact RN License
- Five plus (5+) years of Hospital management experience
