- Directing strategy, operations and the clinical practice environment for Labor & Delivery, Maternity, Special Care Nursery and Pediatrics
- Promote standardized systems ensuring a strong nursing practice environment and a philosophy of patient centered care.
- Required to be onsite
- Reports to CNO
Nurse Director Maternal Child Health Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree Nursing
- Masters Degree (MSN preferred)
- MA RN State Licensure Required or ability to obtain
- Must have background in Labor/Delivery and Maternity
- Minimum of 5 years of Hospital Management experience.
