The Job Responsibilities include:
• Develop new and innovative product designs using the design, testing and analytic tools
available in-house and through strategic research partnerships.
• Manage new product implementations from concept through production launch and process
sign off.
• Drive cost reductions through innovative product designs.
• Provide technical support to customers and Company sales force.
• Manage designs and drive continuous improvement throughout the product life cycle.
• Assure Company is up to date on advanced technologies throughout the industry, as well as
industry and government trends and regulations.
Actively supports and manages within Company’s mission, vision, Code of Conduct, and Process-
Based Leadership guidelines.
• Actively supports our 5S + Safety programs.
The Right Fit for this Position will have:
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field
• 3 years minimum of experience in convective heat transfer or refrigeration and two-phase heat
transfer a plus
• Willingness to travel (25%) for site support at all Company manufacturing locations, customers
and suppliers
• Excellent communication, presentation, people, computer and written skills
• APQP tools, Six Sigma, and Solidworks or similar knowledge are strong assets
• Strong commitment to a team environment
• Bilingual (Spanish or Chinese skills) a plus
