Regional Sales Manager (Construction Equipment Sales)
HireneXus is partnering with a leading provider of equipment financing solutions company to identify exceptional candidates for the role of Regional Sales Manager. This organization specializes in providing loans and leases to businesses in industries such as construction, fleet transportation, machine tool manufacturing, and waste management. With a presence across North America, their team sources business through end-users, equipment vendors, and manufacturers, handling transaction sizes ranging from $100,000 to $2,500,000.

The ideal candidates will be self-starters with a passion for building strong customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Construction Sales experience is absolutely required. A finance background is not required, but is a plus.
- Prospect for new business at the end-user and dealer levels.
- Maintain, build, and enhance existing customer relationships.
- Utilize the company’s CRM system to track, monitor, and market to customers, prospects, and dealers.
- Develop strong internal relationships with teams in credit, documentation, collections, and marketing.
- Initiate customer applications, coordinate closings, and handle ad hoc responsibilities within the territory.
Qualifications and Success Indicators:
- Proven track record of sales success in equipment finance, equipment sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and phone interactions.
- Familiarity with the equipment finance process (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other business software.
- Commitment to providing stellar customer service and enhancing the customer experience.
- Strong motivation to grow a territory and build a robust book of business.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
