Sales Director
Vice President of Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and revenue targets, focusing on driving organic growth and leveraging recent acquisitions.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and foster collaboration.
- Analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to align sales efforts with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and metrics to track performance, identify improvement areas, and drive operational efficiency.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting, ensuring accountability and transparency across the organization.
- Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation in the sales function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and meet sales targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of motivating teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, utilizing data and insights for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
