- Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets and daily/weekly sales activity KPIs.
Independence & Efficiency
- Manage your territory autonomously, leveraging CRM (HubSpot) and ERP systems to identify, route, and track sales opportunities effectively.
Relationship Management
- Identify key decision-makers at prospective accounts and build strong, value-driven relationships.
Ethical Sales Practices
- Maintain integrity in every interaction, providing solutions aligned with customer goals and clinical needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to initiate product demonstrations and support the sales pipeline.
Time Focus
- Dedicate 90%+ of your time to developing new business through outbound efforts and customer engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven Sales Performance- Demonstrated success in a sales role, ideally within the dental or healthcare sector.
Communication Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence in delivering persuasive, engaging presentations.
Resilience- Ability to manage and overcome rejection in a high-activity sales environment.
Organization & Time Management- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
Results-Oriented- Consistent history of exceeding territory goals and contributing to revenue growth.
Territory Strategy- Effectively plan and manage your sales territory to drive ongoing success and maximize growth potential.
Tech-Savvy
- Skilled in using CRM (HubSpot) and ERP tools to manage leads, identify new opportunities, and maintain detailed records.
Documentation
- Keep accurate call logs, customer notes, and contact records to support visibility and transparency across the team.
Professional Growth

Education
