Sales Executive – HR / Benefits SaaS
The CEO of a dynamic, growing HR SaaS company is looking to add a talented and experienced sales professional to her team. This person will be an individual contributor. It will be important this person has a history of high level performance in a remote work environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Explore and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with new clients, establishing mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners, such as benefits brokers, identifying additional growth opportunities within these connections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives for new customer onboarding.
- Act as a feedback conduit between clients and internal teams to support ongoing product enhancement.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience selling software solutions or related offerings.
- Proven success in selling HR SaaS or similar B2B products.
- Familiarity with the benefits market is highly desirable, even if experience is outside the technology sector.
- Mindset:
- Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach (Hunter mentality).
- Eagerness to take on diverse challenges with a natural curiosity.
- Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
