Sales Executive – Prefabricated Enclosures
As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our sales initiatives within various markets (government, general utilities, data center, telecommunications, etc.) . Your role will focus on cultivating strong relationships with new customers by understanding their specific needs in these sectors and offering customized enclosures.

As a Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in driving our sales efforts across various markets by building strong relationships with new customers and providing customized enclosure solutions. This role demands a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
• Industry-Specific Sales Experience: Apply your expertise to implement effective sales strategies tailored to the needs of sectors such as government, utilities, data centers, and telecommunications.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients by delivering solutions that address their unique requirements.
• RFQ Management: Analyze and respond to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) efficiently, ensuring compliance with client specifications and deadlines.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of modular construction to create insightful, solution-oriented sales presentations.
• Collaborative Efforts: Partner with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with the demands of modular building markets.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and other pertinent information.
Critical Competencies:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the enclosure industry.
• Strong grasp of the sales process and its dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a business pipeline with multiple clients, consistently exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Proven track record of effective teamwork with internal departments and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
