Sales Executive – Prefabricated Enclosures
SALES EXECUTIVE
As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our sales initiatives within various markets (government, general utilities, data center, telecommunications, etc.) . Your role will focus on cultivating strong relationships with new customers by understanding their specific needs in these sectors and offering customized enclosures.
Objective:
As a Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in driving our sales efforts across various markets by building strong relationships with new customers and providing customized enclosure solutions. This role demands a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Industry-Specific Sales Expertise:
Leverage your experience to develop and implement targeted sales strategies for sectors such as government, utilities, data centers, and telecommunications. - Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions. - RFQ Management:
Analyze, prepare, and respond to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) efficiently, ensuring accuracy, compliance with client specifications, and timely submissions. - Technical Expertise:
Utilize your knowledge of modular construction to deliver impactful, solution-driven sales presentations that address client challenges. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to align product offerings with market demands and client expectations in modular building sectors. - Sales Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress to support accurate forecasting and reporting.
Critical Competencies
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the enclosure industry or modular construction markets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including pipeline development and deal execution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing a business pipeline across multiple clients, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with a proven track record of securing and delivering on complex opportunities.
- Effective team player with experience partnering across departments (e.g., operations, technical, and customer service) to ensure client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
