Sales Executive – Printing
A Sales Executive plays a key role in driving the sales of a company’s products or services. They are responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales deals with a focus on the defined printing production niche per the vertical and horizontal markets listed below:
Vertical Target Markets:
• Publishers – Books, catalogs, and publications.
• Corporations and Manufacturers – Catalogs and marketing literature.
• National Organizations – Publications and membership booklets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation
• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media.
• Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Client Engagement
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, emphasizing the company’s unique features and benefits.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, fostering trust and ensuring satisfaction.
Sales Process Management
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing, ensuring follow-ups and effective communication throughout.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to successfully finalize agreements.
Market Research & Analysis
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of the market.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvement.
Sales Reporting & Administration
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Ensure consistent performance by meeting weekly benchmarks for customer contacts and quotes.
• Submit detailed weekly sales reports, including progress, opportunities, and feedback, by Sunday evening.
Collaboration
• Partner with the customer service team to ensure seamless onboarding and an excellent overall customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales roles such as Sales Executive or Account Manager.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to establish and nurture connections with clients and stakeholders.
• Exceptional presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with the relevant industry or products is a plus.
