Vice President of Finance

I am working with a PE backed multi-site organization seeking a Vice President of Finance. Candidates will have the ability to work in a hybrid environment.

• Directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting.
• Support the annual business plan development and budgeting process
• Support the quarterly outlook process
• Provide ongoing financial modeling and analysis expertise to business partners.
• Lead the financial modeling and analysis to support the development of long-term strategic initiatives and business plans
• Responsible for the delivery of cost-effective and efficient accounting and financial systems, policies and processes that meet the current and future business requirements.
• Oversee the Cash Management function, including banking relationships.
• Ensure the company is in compliance with all relevant regulations and ensure financial and tax filings are completed in a timely manner.
• Managing all tax planning and compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property and other applicable taxes.
• Managing cash flow.
• Interacting with PE partners and board of directors.
• Assist the CEO in integration of new businesses in a rapidly growing environment.
• Other finance and administrative duties as required.
• Lead all QOE activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. CPA and/or CMA preferred but not required.
• 15+ plus years of managerial accounting and financial management experience.
• Experience working in a growing start up environment strongly preferred.
• Recent experience scaling a finance operation
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in the healthcare industry
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
• Merger and acquisition finance experience.
