Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Operations to lead and elevate our service solutions business. This key leadership role combines strategic vision with operational execution to drive efficiency, growth, and transformation across our organization. As VP of Operations, you will oversee day-to-day operations, align regional and service teams, and spearhead initiatives to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives and operational plans to drive business expansion.

Oversee daily operations across the services organization, ensuring efficient coordination.

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational success.

Implement scalable systems and processes to support organizational growth.

Manage and strengthen relationships with external stakeholders and partners.

Provide strategic insights and guidance to senior leadership.

Advocate for initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Identify potential risks and develop strategies to maintain operational stability.
Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of proven experience in operational leadership roles across multiple North American industrial service locations.

Demonstrated success in achieving operational results through goal setting, high energy, KPI management, and operational discipline.

Strong collaborative skills with a history of driving results through teamwork.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience in industrial services leadership, particularly with boiler systems, pumps, compressors, or motors, is highly desirable.
