A leading provider of traffic control and infrastructure solutions is seeking a dynamic VP, Operations to oversee and manage all operations for a newly acquired business in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a strong background in operations, sales, and team development, committed to advancing safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Safety Leadership
- Ensure the safe operation of the division by promoting and sustaining a strong culture of safety.

Operational Oversight
- Oversee all division operations, including sales, finance, human resources, and safety initiatives.
- Develop and implement operational plans to meet or exceed budget and growth objectives.

Strategic Planning
- Lead division-level strategic planning initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize operational workflows.

Sales and Marketing
- Manage sales growth by developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Foster and strengthen client relationships to support revenue growth.

Team Leadership
- Provide leadership development opportunities and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
- Mentor and support staff to promote professional growth and high performance.

Collaboration
- Partner with regional and organizational leadership to ensure alignment with company-wide goals and values.
Qualifications

Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in operations, traffic control, construction, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in traffic control/infrastructure or similar field services businesses.

Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage resources and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and governmental regulations.
- Demonstrated success in fiscal management and human resources oversight.
- Sales and marketing acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software tools.
