Vice President, Revenue Growth and Optimization
We are working with a mid-market PE backed organization seeking a VP Revenue Growth and Optimization. Reporting directly to the CFO.
Overall Description of Role: Seeking a seasoned and analytical business leader who can establish and execute all aspects of a revenue, pricing and yield strategy for the organization to accelerate overall revenue growth.
Geography: 100% remote, can be located anywhere in the US
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an integrated revenue strategy that will facilitate outsized top-line growth above baseline forecasts for company
- Utilize deep analytics to understand bundling and pricing strategies that can drive higher yields per transaction and increase in the volume of transactions
- Work closely with sales and digital marketing teams to identify areas of “unlock” in the patient funnel to facilitate more sales volume and facilitate greater close rates
- Assess regional pricing opportunities to drive higher overall price yield across the overall portfolio
- Create a path toward dynamic pricing based on historical consumer purchasing behavior and seasonality trends within the business
- Constantly employ test and learn strategies to discover optimal pricing, discounting and bundling strategies
- Partner with Strategic Finance team to develop sophisticated revenue forecasting models
- Assess external strategic partnerships and initiatives that can facilitate organic growth
- Identify alternative sources of revenue through new products and services that would be complementary to customers
- Establish North-Star KPIs supporting revenue strategy
- Present all revenue strategies to executive leadership and the Board members, as necessary
Desired Experience and Background:
- 10+ years of experience with historical revenue optimization experience either in a high growth company and/or with background in pricing / optimization consulting
- Track record of executing a high growth revenue strategy and driving revenue “alpha” with strong focus on analytics and data
- Past experience with large, sophisticated organizations with reputation for KPI driven approach
- History of working in consumer-centric oriented companies preferred
- Experience working in a private equity backed and / or public company setting preferred
- Advanced degree preferred
