You manage a business territory; consisting of both current accounts and new business opportunities. The goal is to achieve your business revenue targets. This is generally how you do it:
Maintain your current accounts and grow those accounts through new product sales.
Take ownership of client issues. You provide an effective link between various groups (customer service, operations, training and education) to ensure that customer requirements and expectations are met and exceeded
Build an effective business relationship with customers by providing a personalized and proactive service.
Create new business opportunities through prospecting through: various out-reach mechanisms and utilizing existing regional or business contacts and insights and translate them into potential and realized accounts
Network within the trademark and brand industry to discover new opportunities and building valuable relationships
Presentation skills: you present products to prospective clients via demonstrations, discussions and team and individual presentation platforms.

Learn detailed in-depth knowledge of our client’s workflow processes.
Account manager administration work:
The responsibility of creating and updating account information in Salesforce.com. This includes meeting information, sales opportunities and other important information.
Attend client meetings continuously and interact personally with a wide range of exciting business partners and leaders
Participating in Annual Territory Business Reviews and provide information regularly for a Territory Report
BA/BS College degree and selling experience is desired.
3-5 years of direct hands-on, professional service experience as an account-management at a law firm or brand-focused corporate entity.
2-5 years of trademark legal experience in a law firm or brand-focused corporation, a fluid understanding of the trademark life-cycle and the trademark workflow process as well as a deep desire to work in sales for and be part of our great company
Skills and Attitudes:
Excellent communication/presentation skills and formulate and sustain business relationships
Demonstrated ability to meet competing deadlines and accountability for identified outcomes
Ability to multi-task and coordinate several projects while maintaining a focus on sales priorities and targets
Mature and measured judgment, with the ability to solve problems independently and time management skills.
The ability to collaborate with team members, if working in a remote environment.
