eCommerce Programs Analyst

I\'m working with a growing private equity-backed manufacturer who is seeking an experienced eCommerce Programs Analyst based in the Eau Claire, WI area corporate headquarters.

This position will assist in the development and engagement of the company\'s online resellers, ensuring all sellers are authorized, under agreement, and in compliance with company policies. The eCommerce Programs analyst will monitor pricing and applicable policies for compliance and follow enforcement action procedures with non-complying retailers throughout all online sales channels. Additionally, this position will uphold maintenance and enforcement of all auction-based sites such as eBay, market place sites such as Amazon, and known and unknown 3rd party direct retailer sites.

Reports to: VP of eCommerce Sales


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Discover and eliminated Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) violations through various modes of communication.
  • Manually monitor all websites such as action-based sites, market place sites, and 3rd party direct retailer sites.
  • Follow corporate process of escalation on non-compliant retailers.
  • Maintain distributor Do Not Sell list.
  • Ensure a high level of communication to all non-authorized retailers.
  • Maintain Online Retailer Contact Data and authorizations.
  • Receive and authorize completed retailer information forms and agreements.
  • Canvas selling platforms for retailers offering CURT Group products not yet under agreement and work to move to authorized status, if appropriate.
  • Review and approve all 3rd party data requests through organizations such as DCi or Sema Data Co-op (SDC).
  • Remain engaged at all times with online pricing, promotions and products across all CURT Group brands.
  • Work closely with all eCommerce sales staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum of 3 years\' demonstrated experience working within a comparable function.
  • Bachelor\'s degree
  • Ability to work well cross-functionally.
