VP of Strategic Marketing and Product Marketing
We are working with one of the top complex rehabilitation groups in the country. This fast paced organization has had outstanding growth over the past several years and is seeking a VP of Strategic Marketing and Product Management
The VP Strategic Marketing and Product Management will be responsible for exploring and driving growth opportunities in new markets and with new products.
This position plays a pivotal role in collaborating with senior leaders in the creation of our clients short and long term strategic growth plans while leading execution and implementation efforts in support of these strategies. The position also drives New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to evaluate and where applicable, launch, new products and services across our platform.
Drives overall company growth strategy development inclusive of ongoing strategic evaluation and discussions.
Direct ownership for company\'s annual Growth Playbook process.
Ensures alignment of growth strategies to overall business imperatives, strategic priorities, leadership principles, corporate values, culture, and leadership direction.
Evaluate potential adjacent markets for investment. Assess market landscape, define market opportunity for our client, conduct pilots (as applicable), establish projected ROI, and make recommendation for investment.
Collaborate across the company business to make recommendations for resources and investment required in support of adjacent market expansion.
Evaluate potential new products to add to portfolio for exclusive or preferred distribution. Meet with partner leadership to assess product viability and fit, competitive landscape, market opportunity for the company, establish projected ROI, and make recommendation for company investment.
Complete all aspects of NPI process to prepare products for commercial launch. Maintain engagement through pilot and initial launch activity until product is stabilized for hand-off to operational and/or commercial teams for ongoing execution.
Identify market growth drivers and build strategies to accelerate the company leadership in these areas
Perform related duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:
10+ years of marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, MBA preferred
Executive level experience/presence
Proven results with development of growth strategies and associated revenue/profit growth for the business
Expert in product management and launch of new products/services
Healthcare Experience: Understanding of the general healthcare industry and climate with preferred CRT (Complex Rehab Technology) and payer experience.
