Director of Sales

I am working with a well-established furniture and home décor organization that is seeking a self-starting sales leader to create an outside direct and channel sales group.

This unique organization has created a dynamic product set that can be utilized in both residential and commercial settings. They have the largest selection of building and remodeling products in their space on the market today. The challenge is they've been mainly and eCommerce organization and are in a position to expand to a broader market.

They are seeking an outside sales/business development leader that can create a sales and marketing strategy to be deployed to the field. The target markets would be large architecture firms, hospitality groups, and home builders.

This individual ideally would have:

  • Team building experience
  • New product sales development
  • Experience with building products
  • A network of distributed reps around the country
  • Sales plan creation
  • Establishment of market strategy
  • Relationships with architectural firms, hospitality groups, home builders, etc
  • History of demonstrable sales success
  • Executive level meeting and communication skills


  • BS/BA Degree
  • 7+ years of sales experience
  • Proficiency win with CRM software, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Team Management
