UHNWI - Executive IT & A/V Support
This person will be responsible for all home IT (Xboxes, Apple TV, iPads, Mac’s, Windows laptops) and ensure that there is consistency among all residences. This includes curating all accounts (Xbox Live, etc.), networking (Wi-Fi & Ports), home automation (AMX, Crestron, Lutron) etc. This individual will work closely with the Director of Residences, internal IT colleagues, and the Executive Assistants, but there will definitely be situations were this person would interact directly with the CEO and/or his family.
This role requires the highest degree of confidentiality. The work that they do onsite is the type where they go and do the job and forget that they were there. Travel will be about 25-40%. Most travel will be to go out to a residence before a planned extended family stay to make sure that the technical environment is pristine and consistent. These trips usually last 2-3 days. When this person is not doing the regular duties of this role they will work on other projects for the family office or within the EUS/Infrastructure team. However, most of their time will be consumed with managing the technical environments in the residences.
Beyond the information listed above the general profile of a high-end Executive Support person or a high end A/V programmer/GM. Having strong project management and technical skills in the areas above as well as being extremely polished are absolute requirements for this role
