Director of Operations - Medical Device

EDUCATION:

  • An MBA with undergraduate technical degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or similar is preferred but not needed.
  • Candidate will be a “change agent” and influence and align across different internal stakeholders, countries, and customers.
  • Builds excellent relationships at multiple levels in a complex organization, and uses these relationships to accomplish objectives.
  • Possess an existing network of external relationships.

Experience

  • Experience in Private Equity backed portfolio companies executing on organic growth, add-on mergers and acquisitions as well as successful completion of a sale transaction is preferred.
  • 15+ years’ experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
  • 5+ years’ executive leadership within the medical device industry with engineered products experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
