Job Description

Human Resources Business Partner

The HRBP plays a key role in the success of employees and organization as a whole through:

  • Performance Management Administration
  • Business Partnership/Employee Relations
  • Performance Management & Organizational Development
  • Training & Development
  • Day to day employee relations decisions for the client groups including employment, counseling and termination
  • Management & development of the HR Generalists

The successful HRBP will have the following Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or in a Business-related field, Masters in Human Resources/Industrial & Labor Relations preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of HR generalist experience, supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal/ state/local employment laws/regulations relating to OFCCP, EEOC, Unemployment Insurance, COBRA, etc.
  • Employee Relations: conflict resolution, problem solving, counseling, facilitation
  • Partnership skills: coaching, influencing, problem solving, consulting
  • Leadership experience and business acumen
  • Knowledge of sound HR practices in areas of employment, compensation, benefit design and administration.
