Sr. Corporate Recruiter

The position reports to the V.P Human resources, who reports to the CEO, and works intimately with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Customer Officer, and CFO. Typical Manager positions that have openings, include Business Development Managers (BDM’s) and Key Account Managers (KAM’s) who are typically located in the branches (Houston, San Antonio, Baltimore, Reno, Phoenix, and Austin) and Headquarters managers in Accounting, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Center-of-Excellence).


The Mandate


Acquiring talent is critical to the company’s overall success and our recruiting team is empowered with attracting and hiring top talent to leverage top organizational performance with the finesse of finding the right cultural-fit. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter who will advance the Senior Team’s commitment to Topgrading, and selection of only A-Players.




Develops strong partnerships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to plan and prioritize hiring needs with business unit managers to provide solutions to meet those needs


  • Champions and shares the success of Topgrading with hiring managers and HR professionals as the best in class hiring practices and interviewing technique
  • Drive the process for new position creation, including creating or revising job descriptions
  • Assists in retention and development strategies
  • Super User of company’s Applicant Tracking Software
  • Reviews hiring reports to analyze and identify trends or opportunities for improvement and communicates such findings to management 



  • A positive attitude, and an engaging personality, to fit in with our can-do, congenial culture
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate recruiting, preferably with a multi-state, supply chain organization
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
  • Experience in development and implementation of processes and process improvements.
  • Ability to influence, lead change and role model positive behaviors that drive business performance
  • Effective business partner, communicator and collaborator; passion for developing talent
  • Work collaboratively with all areas of the business to execute company objectives
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience required; Ultimate Software is preferred
