Vice President of Operations


This role with a private equity backed private school system that caters to behavioral health children K-12. The VP of Operations is responsible for full P&L ownership of a new acquisition in the NJ market. With 6 locations across the state, this private school system caters to behavioral health children K-12.

This role will report directly to the COO.




  • Build and manage team
  • Provide leadership for region
  • Contribute to vision and strategic mission of the company
  • Expand the region 



  • An undergraduate degree is required. A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of three years of operational/site leadership for similar type of organization (healthcare or education)
  • Special skills which are required include, business acumen, strategic planning, organizational assessment and highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced in team building
