Chief Quality Officer Responsibilities:
Planning, administration, and monitoring of consistent readiness of all quality management, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement processes.
Oversee and coordinate all hospital efforts to monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulatory agencies.
Identifies and prioritizes opportunities for improvement, facilitates interdisciplinary teams in developing action plans, achieves measurable results, monitors results to ensure sustained improvements, and develops and presents meaningful reports.
Collaborates with other members of the quality team. 24-hour oversight.
Chief Quality Officer Qualifications:
BSN
Three Plus (3+) years’ experience in an acute care facility
Two plus (2+) years’ experience in Quality Management
Must have coordinated Joint Commission preparation and participated in State & CMS surveys within past three years
Demonstrated knowledge of general hospital operations, Joint Commission (JC), OSHA, Medicare COP, and state requirements
Texas RN License or eligible
