Project Manager, IT Practice Integration

Job Summary:

A health care management company with operations in multiple states, is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Project Manager, IT. This position will oversee the worklist for IT which will include a variety of projects with an special focus on integrating new practices. It will assure that all steps in the sequence of integrating multiple new practices simultaneously into the organization are understood, communicated, coordinated, and completed on a defined schedule.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Clearly outlines and communicates project scope and associated cross-functional roles and responsibilities required to successfully fulfill project’s objectives
• Builds a working knowledge of IT Services for the organization and affiliated Medical Practices
• Manage IT Services rollouts for new Medical Practices joining USN.
• Deploy and Support O365 Email solution, Phone (Mitel VOIP), Printer/Copier (Konica Minolta), Fax (eFax Hylafax) platform.
• Coordinate website development and deployment and social media channels
• Assembles, motivates and manages cross-functional resources (internal and vendor) to achieve initiative goals, meet objectives and execute against timelines
• Collaborates with business stakeholders to capture the business need and technical requirements
• Translates business needs into technical design. Partner with IT Infrastructure team and Vendor to evaluate, and recommend solutions
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical paths
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
• Coordinates with internal resources and vendors for the execution of project
• Monitor issues and risks that may affect the project deliverables. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
• Serves as a liaison for Affiliate Member Practices and IT Services.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team for quality and accuracy and provides constructive and professional feedback for continuous improvement
• Tracks progress against timeline, milestones and budget, revise as needed. Communicates project status by providing updates to peers and leadership as required.
• Facilitates project team meetings
• Provide high levels of customer service as it pertains to enterprise infrastructure.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor

Education/Experience Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience with IT Project Management and Services.
• BA / BS degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or related field and / or equivalent education and work experience
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering technical initiatives
• Capability and willingness to be a hands-on project team member where needed; displaying leadership through example
• Familiarity with O365 Email solution, Phone (Mitel VOIP), Printer/Copier (KonicaMinolta), Fax (eFax Hylafax)
• SharePoint, Website development
• Vendor Management and basic triage of technical issues
• Ability to understand technical concepts and apply them logically to business needs
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
• Excellent client-facing skills and ability to communicate positively with team members, peers, and clients.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, and good communication skills
• Motivated, organized self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively to solve routine and complex problems effectively
  • Must have healthcare IT experience.
