Director Laboratory Services

Location: Ottumwa IA

Hospital:
  • 120 Bed Short-Term Acute Care Hospital
  • Joint Commission-accredited facility
  • Part of a larger healthcare system
Director Laboratory Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the clinical, operational, and financial management
  • For employee engagement and staffing for the laboratory department.
  • Reports to CEO
Director Laboratory Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an approved or accredited school of Medical Technology; MLS (MT) (ASCP). Bachelor's degree certificate.
  • MLS or MT (ASCP Certificate. Board of Registry certificate.
  • Minimum Two plus (2+) years of recent Laboratory Management Experience
  • Must report in person to a specific location; Not remote position.
