About Me

Morgan graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.  She began her career in the executive recruiting world right after college, specializing in executive placements within the wealth management sector. Over the course of nearly five years, Morgan honed her skills in recruitment research and talent sourcing, establishing herself as a skilled professional in the field.

In her current role at hireneXus, Morgan focuses on fostering relationships with private equity firms. She plays a vital role in facilitating strategic placements for critical positions within these firms and their portfolio companies. Leveraging her expertise in executive recruitment and her keen understanding of the industry, Morgan is dedicated to delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique talent needs of private equity firms and drive their success.
