Regional Director

Locations: Brooklyn, Staten Island, Manhattan

Industry: Specialty Healthcare - Home Care

I am working with a multi-site specialty healthcare group that is seeking an experienced Operations Leader with experience in an in-home service organization. This organization focuses on ABA therapy - assisting families with children that may on the autism spectrum. This group uses various techniques to increase useful behavior and make learning enjoyable. With over 400 therapists in the group, they can offer personalized treatment to their patients.


  • Measures the group's performance against stated goals and objectives to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provides regular on-site presence to connect with site leadership and teams, observe performance, and provide support
  • Assist site leaders with the implementation of new programs and service
  • Provides strong leadership, team building and role modeling to all staff.
  • Promotes an environment to ensure that all clinical services provided are in accordance with standards of practice and all federal, state and local regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensures that the organization has the appropriate complement of trained clinical and administrative staff to ensure that its vision and objectives can be accomplished.
  • Ensures that strategic objectives are appropriately aligned with existing and anticipated federal, state and local regulatory requirements.
  • Manages annual performance review process for the group, in alignment with the company policies and procedures.


  • An undergraduate degree is required. A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Must have a minimum of three years of operational/site leadership for similar type of organization
  • Special skills which are required include, business acumen, strategic planning, organizational assessment and highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Clinical experience/Patient interaction experience highly preferred
  • Experienced in team building
  • In home healthcare leadership experience preferred
