Territory Sales – Manufacturer’s Rep
The leadership of a manufacturer’s rep agency asked HireneXus to help them hire a key salesperson in the northwest. This person will carry the title of Sales Representative and be responsible for driving sales for multiple manufacturers through a dynamic territory including Oregon, Washington, Idaho, northern California, and Alaska.
Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by promoting our portfolio of products within your assigned territory.

Actively prospect and expand client networks through targeted outreach and relationship cultivation.

Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.

Become an expert on our products, understanding their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Conduct product training for distributors and end-users, highlighting applications and value propositions.

Communicate clearly and consistently with all internal and external stakeholders.

Report market trends, customer feedback, and business opportunities to management and manufacturing partners.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and execute strategic sales initiatives.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Eagerness to develop a deep understanding of our products, manufacturing processes, and customer industries.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

- Ensure timely and transparent communication with all stakeholders.
- Provide management and manufacturing partners with detailed reports on market opportunities, challenges, and business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to gain a deep understanding of product lines, manufacturing partnerships, and client industries.
