The leadership of a market leading manufacturer’s rep agency asked HireneXus to help them hire a key salesperson in northeast Ohio. This person will carry the title of Sales Representative and be responsible for driving sales for 6-8 different manufacturers through a dynamic territory.
Responsibilities:
- Grow sales for the agency within assigned territory
- Prospect for new clients
- Manage exiting accounts
- Learn the features and benefits of all represented products
- Train distributors and end users on product
- Provide the highest level of communication and responsiveness to all stakeholders
- Timely report to management and manufacturer partners of opportunities, threats, needs, and more
Qualifications:
- 3 years field sales experience
- Reliable transportation is required
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Enthusiasm to learn about products, manufacturing partners, and client’s business
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage various tasks, schedules, and deliverables

The weekly schedule is generally Monday-Friday, but hours may exceed a normal 40-hour work week to effectively plan and execute sales growth and key agency initiatives for the territory. The job will require approximately 4-6 overnights worked per month. You will also attend trade shows and conferences which can include a few weekends.
