Position Responsibilities:
• Foster a team culture emphasizing collaboration, professionalism, and client-centered care.
• Coordinate administrative and clinical staff schedules to ensure efficient operations and coverage.
• Address staff performance concerns and implement improvement plans as necessary.
• Lead recruitment efforts, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
• Develop comprehensive training programs for new hires to ensure effective role performance.
• Master electronic medical records and point-of-sale systems, providing ongoing staff training.
• Implement policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Uphold company standards and guidelines within the clinics.
• Manage regional budget, monitoring expenses and revenue for financial stability and growth.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering medical products and supplies.
• Supervise maintenance and repair of clinic equipment for safe and effective treatments.
• Direct marketing campaigns to maximize outreach through various channels.
• Identify and address areas for process improvement within the clinics.
Experience / Requirements:
• Previous experience managing a healthcare facility or similar business with over ten employees.
• Demonstrated client-facing roles with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
